The Pinnacle Awards were created in April 1995 by the International Society of Furniture Designers (ISFD), to promote design quality and encourage the recognition of furniture designers within the retail home furnishings industry.
As such, the awards are intended to celebrate furniture design and are open to any designer or manufacturer worldwide. Awards are presented each fall at the High Point Furniture Market.

Cascade Collection

With clean lines and a Zen-like contemporary design, the collection showcases organic shapes and forms. Rustic walnut veneers are presented in a clear, natural Aged Timber finish with the knots and unique character marks left in the wood to emphasize its native state. Accents come from the land and water, creating unique touches that lend textural interest. Dark woven natural fibers, hand-selected river rock, sea urchin shells, recycled glass, rubber tree leaves, coco twigs and granite are interspersed throughout the collection. Solid brass hardware in bronze tones is molded into earthen shapes such as endless circles – all reminders that nature provides the best inspiration. Cascade is an invitation from the natural world.
